Global Prefab Systems goals, missions and aims are:

Mission and goals for the foundation.

The primary mission and goals are to be of "Service to God and Mankind".

All the other goals stem from these two.

• Education, in all aspects of a holistic life.

• Education on how to use our technologies. Written, audiovisual aids on how to build using our systems.

• Promoting development of the arts, including painting, sculpture, music, writing, and other media.

• Encouraging global unity in shared beliefs. An omnist is a person who believes in the legitimacy, truth, and value of all religions and faiths. Rather than following one doctrine, an omnist, or follower of omnism, believes that all religions contain elements of a common truth. It is a philosophy that promotes respect, open-mindedness, and the search for a unifying, transcendent principle across diverse faith.

• Encourage repair of the Planet Recycling landfills, Cleaning up waterways and oceans,

• Develop Reforestation, including restoring all manner of natural plants and fauna globally.

• To be sensitive to global needs including drought and natural disasters.

• Work together with other organizations, governments, and stakeholders to create a sustainable world where all the world and her family can thrive and live in harmony, prosperity, and peace.

• The goals and missions of the foundation may be changed and or added to as needs become known.​

• To create building systems and products that are durable, able to last for millennia, they will be super energy efficient, constructed from environmentally friendly components.​

• We will help in developing products and systems that are earth friendly.​

• We will be conscious of using products that are environmentally friendly and nonhazardous to humans or animals.​

• All our business policies and procedures will operate following the principles of cooperation rather than competition.​​

• Our business is formulated as a Non-Profit Foundation, "Global Prefab Systems Foundation" Registered in Alberta Canada and Federally.  To ensure that management or future operators of the organization which will hold the patents which will generate the income, will always be compliant with our founding principles, we are spelling out how those patents will be developed and shared, and what compensation structures will be for owners and employees. All future management will follow these principals, and those agreements will never be changed.​ ​

• No one involved with the organization, except for the CEO will ever be compensated more than what will be the countries or global annual average income, at a rate not to exceed three times the average income. For example, in Canada currently the average annual income is $60,000, so times 3 would equal $180,000 per year. That would stand for gross income, with normal benefits, and four weeks paid leave.​

• The CEO will be compensated as above, $180,000 per year, with normal benefits, and four weeks paid leave.​​

• Normal operating expenses will be compensated.​

• It is anticipated that the corporation will invest in show homes in various strategic locations globally. When the corporation owns properties, employees may be allowed to use those properties when they take their scheduled leave.

Patent Opportunities:

We expect there will be multiple patents on products and processes that will be developed because of the wall system described on this website. David Karroll our founder and inventor has committed to share those potential patents with individuals or corporations who want to pursue patents.

 
The model for sharing those patents will be outlined as follows:

•    Individuals and or corporations who want to pursue patents will be responsible for the costs of developing those products and filing and maintaining the patents.

•    Those patents and all revenues derived, will be shared on a 50/50 scale basis.

•    Negotiations for values to be attached to the patents for licensing and or usage, will be negotiated between the filing individual or corporation and with David Karroll, and or managing directors, and or a board of directors of Global prefab systems.

 

Philanthropic Objectives:

As a nonprofit organization, after payments for licensing agreements have been honoured, revenues generated over and above a one-year prudent operating reserve, will be used to fund global philanthropic objectives. Those goals will be designed to create equity globally. They will also be used to fund compassionate circumstances, for example global weather events, or natural disasters that cause harm in a country or region. Those compassionate circumstances may include funding repair to infrastructure and dwellings not covered by insurance. It may also include compensation for those injured or killed in such events. Individual circumstance will be evaluated by a board set up to administer the funds. Funds may also be used to help humanitarian and educational efforts globally.

A DREAMER WHO WANTS TO SAVE THE PLANET

THIS IS NOT A PIPE DREAM; IT IS ONE THAT IS REAL AND YOU CAN HELP MAKE IT COME TRUE.

Over 38 YEARS AGO, I STARTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PATENTED BUILDING TECHNOLOGY THAT WOULD HAVE REVOLUTIONIZED CONSTRUCTION AND BEGAN THE PROCESS OF FIXING ALL OF THE PROBLEMS that CURRENT BUILDING SYSTEMS deal with. I HAVE DEVELOPED A PREFABRICATED

BUILDING SYSTEM THAT Over the past 50 years, there have been many attempts to design and bring to market wall systems that address all the requirements within the building code, as well as being affordable, structurally sound and functional. There was and is a need for a building system that is energy efficient, that is Impervious to moisture and air Infiltration issues.

A successful wall system, which is an important part of a functional building system needs to be designed that is appreciated by all the sub trades in the construction industry that work on assembly of building units, single family residential, multi-family, high-rise, institutional, commercial, industrial and other forms of construction.

I was close to making submissions to the building code of Canada that could have revolutionized construction methods.

Now 2025, there have been substantial improvements in polymers and insulating boards and devices, that allow us to envision replacing wood as a prime building component. We can then save our planet by regrowing our forests and utilizing the forests for what they were meant to be, a home to all the animals, flora and fauna, that makes our planet the beautiful blue dot in the heavens that we call home.

The United States and Canadian building codes lead the world for design in shear wall seismically active areas, as well as how to deal with moisture issues, and energy efficiency. Our wall and building system will meet or exceed in every dimension to create long lasting, air tight and moisture impervious buildings.

This current system will be a stepping stone to buildings that will be heated and cooled with new high efficiency energy devices. All or most of the wood components will likely be replaced with products manufactured from Polymers from plant-based sources as well as from petrochemicals and or to produce derivatives like EPS. Truly futuristic housing that will last for Millennia.

Our planet needs long-term thinking for us to survive and thrive.

Affordable long-lasting well-designed energy efficient homes are the dream of every human being. On a recent trip to China, I spoke to young people who dream of owning their own home and a piece of property. 

What I have developed is:

• a GPBS (Global Prefabricated Building System)

• A GPBS that has SOLVED ALL THE MAJOR PROBLEMS that have plagued the construction industry for 100’s of years.

• A GPBS that IS SUPER ENERGY EFFICIENT.

• A GPBS that is CHEAPER TO BUILD than current traditional construction.

• A GPBS that ELIMINATES AIR INFILTRATION.

• A GPBS that has STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY that will gain global approval in seismically active areas, ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR STRUCTURAL AND NON-STRUCTURAL SHEATHING.​

• A GPBS that Eliminates MOLD and MOISTURE PROBLEMS, that affect over 60% of our households.

• A GPBS that will have a built-in RAIN SCREEN design.

• A GPBS that is PREFERRED TO BE USED BY ALL CONTRACTORS & SUB-TRADES.

• A GPBS that will become a solar voltaic energy collection system storing and utilizing electricity within the structure allowing It to be fully self sufficient. 

• A GPBS that will become a home that performs like home that is grounded and will function as Grounding Structure, so that walking on the floors barefoot, will be like walking outdoors on the grass.

• A GPBS that will become like living in a Faraday cage, protecting occupants from EMP and harmful Radio frequencies

• A GPBS that may eliminate the need for concrete foundations, with the use of advanced polymer screw piles, with embedded copper wire grounding connectors.

• A GPBS that dramatically reduces the usage of wood in the building process. 

• A GPBS that will utilize building materials that will last for MILLENNIA.

• A GPBS that will provide fire protection, the exterior membranes will be treated with fire protection materials. 

• A GPBS that will be available to the whole world, either In a prefabricated, or in a component building system available from the building supply systems. 

• A GPBS that people with normal skills and knowledge can build their own homes. We will be developing How To videos and printed materials.

I have a Canadian provincially registered nonprofit FOUNDATION and will be applying to the CANADIAN federal government so we can issue tax deductible donation receipts.

I have like my writings, vended all my rights to the wall system into a nonprofit organization, GLOBAL PREFAB SYSTEMS FOUNDATION. That FOUNDATION will be used to develop the system, so all peoples around the world can benefit from it.

These Ideas, have been vended into a nonprofit foundation will help protect the Ideas and or Individuals from being killed by the Goliaths of the world. My foundation has a growing board of directors that will carry out our mission.

I won’t be taking any money for myself personally, my satisfaction will be in the knowing that I did my part to help the planet, the animals, and all my brother and sisters globally.

Good faith, security deposit: To register an account, for the purposes of obtaining information, the party of the second part will forward to the party of the first part a nonrefundable e-transfer of $10.00 USD to the email address of Davidkarroll@proton.me

 

Value for goods and services will be forwarded to the nonprofit foundation.

1. As products are manufactured and sold, values will be established by agreement.

• Examples are as follows:

• paint roller covers $0.01 per item

• Paint tools $0.10 per item

• For studs and or lineal footage of the equivalent dimensional lumber a value of $0.01 per board foot per lineal foot will be determined. For example, a 2”x4”x8’ would have a value of A standard 2" x 4" x 8' piece of lumber contains 3.5 board feet.  Or a value of $0.035 for that piece   A 2x6x8’ contains 5.5 board feet would have a value of $0.055

• For floor and roof truss systems a valuation of $0.10 per lineal foot.

• For insulating board materials, a value of $0.005 cents per square foot of material per inch of thickness. For example. An insulated board 12”X12”x 5” thick would have a value of $0.025 per square foot.

• Values for Polymer screw piles will vary depending on the size of the screw pile.

• Values for other components will be determined similar to the above structures.

• Value for each air processor will be determined based on size, a unit capable of handling a 400 square foot room $5.00. No ducting system required in a typical residential building.

1. Consulting services will be charged out at $80 per hour rounded off to the nearest five-minute value. Services will be provided by David Karroll or a designated team member.

2. Consulting services will be invoiced on a weekly basis and will become due and payable the 15th of the month following.

3. Other values as per agreement

4. Any new patents that are developed as a result of the products and services on this website, will be the property of Global Prefab systems foundation.

1. The developer of these patents will have a 50/50 share of revenue generated from the patent.

2. The developer of the patent or patents will be responsible for all of the costs associated with creating and maintaining the filing of that intellectual property in whatever location they choose.

All other agreements outside of this offer are considered null and void.
